I have great pleasure in giving a testimonial
to Miss Gladys Jennings. She has been for three years
in this Department and has during that time covered
considerable ground in Modern History. She has studied English
History from the earliest to modern times, and in addi-.
tion she has given considerable attention to the History of Europe in the Nineteenth century. Her essay work
has shown a steady improvement all through her career and she has some power of marshalling facts.
She is
a person of some character and has played a conspicuous part in the life of the College, having held high office
in various College societies. I feel sure that she
would make a success of any work to which she devoted her great fund of energy. I shall be pleased to ans- wer any questions with regard to her qualifications.
